  • What services do you offer?

    We mainly offer services such as lawn mowing, edging, bush trimming, tree trimming or removal, weed removal, leaves cleaning, gutter cleaning, and gravel/stone work. We’ve got more than 15 years experience in multple areas, so if your needs are not included in our services list, don’t hesitate to ask!

  • How often should I mow my lawn?

    The frequency depends on the season and grass type. Usually, we recomment mowing once a week during the growth season and at least every 3 weeks during cooler months. For an exact answer, you can always ask our lawn mowers to check on your grass and let you know.

  • Do I need to be home for your service?

    No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to your front and backyard (if applies), we’re good to go! If you have special instructions, you can prive them in advance to our customer service team.

  • What should I do to prepare for my lawn service?

    To ensure efficient service, we recomment removing any large debris, pet waste, and toys from your lawn before our arrival. While we make sure to take good care of your lawn, if it’s to overgrown and there are things such as small lights or rocks that we can’t see, it will be a damage risk.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit/debit cards, and automatic billing for subscriptions. Payments will be processed through our secure customer portal for your convenience.

  • Do you offer one-time services, or do I need a contract?

    No contracts needed! You can always request a service whenever you need it or sign up for a subscription, which can be paused or cancelled whenever you need.

  • What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?

    When there’s rain, our job gets 10 times harder! We would usually wait for the rain to clear and if it persists, then the service would be rescheduled for the next day. Our customer service will always let you know if this happens.
